Kathy, you forgot to tell us you were moving. What took you to Ottawa of all places?
Did you get my email yesterday re putting Oma in a nursing home. It was one of the hardest things I have had to do.
Where and what is Jason and Irene doing these days? What is Eddie working at? What are you doing to keep busy.
I still volunteer Thursday afternoons at the Bibles For Missions Thrift Store on cash.
Dale is keeping busy with his run out to Ajax/Pickering each and every day.
Michael is at Freedom Village and loving it. He and 99 other teenagers came to Mississauga for a Christmas Concert at the Living Art Centre. It was great. He got 91.67% average his first term.
We visit him once a month at the Village. We get to spend 10 hours Saturday and Sunday with him.
Jim and Randy are about the same. We see Sean a lot as his new wife/girlfriend is my loving daughter Cheryl and she gave me a little granddaughter Ashley. Just turned 2 on the 14th of Dec.
We are very close to them. We are planning on going to see them tomorrow in Georgetown. They all live in Georgetown. Will send pics on your email.

Hi Kathy,
I am very unfamiliar with this blog stuff, but it's nice to check up on ewes once in a while! Glad you are settling in well. Hey, do you do the normal email stuff anymore?? what's your email address? please update me.Did you get our recent prayer letter? All well but extremely busy here. Carols by Candlelight this wknd, as is men's breakfast. Ladies night next Wed, residents association kids party 13th, and all the while we have a train of company from Romania, then England, then Pennsylvania (sound like your house??) Our new shortterm worker is settling in nicely, though thrown in at the deep end!! Keep in touch. Love to you both, Deb, for us both (Millar)

Congratulations on your 34 th wedding anniversary ..... plus one day!!!

What a lovely way to spend it ..... just being together without any agenda or whatever. This is a milestone these days and I can't help but get excited these days when I hear of anyone having an anniversary of several years. When I saw here "click here for our news" I must say a couple of things came to mind ......??? Enjoy your life TOGETHER - such a beautiful word. We are on 45 + and I wouldn't change a thing.

Great pictures, Kathy. In reading your blog and having you say it is beginning to feel like home, I sense it is more peaceful there than here. You don't say so but it makes me feel that your pace of life is slower and you actually get to enjoy life without being so busy. Your pictures are really beautiful with the leaves and so much water etc. You will have to practice your skating so you will be ready to skate on the Rideau Canal when it finally freeezes over.
Will be looking forward to your next time.

Got your blog today, Kathy. We got home late last night from Elaine's having had Canadian Thanksgiving in Wisconsin!!!

I have read "The Shack". I must say going through it I did wonder what message was being given but by the time I had finished it, I felt the book was well worth the read. It really made me think and I have had occasion since to remember the ministries of each One of the Godhead represented and be so thankful for how clearly those parts were presented.
